Creating user personas were vital to understand how to create a customized app that caters their social culture.
In Pakistan, citizens are not allowed to withhold a number under the age of 18, the law is different there. When you buy a number you are allowed to choose 5 others under the same chip, this was mainly created for families to control activities and data by the parents and the state.
You can’t buy a chip if you don’t install the ufone app and request your number from there. The data operator can control better who are buying chips. Once a number is chosen you select a data package plan and the chip is delivered to your place. All the above information were vital to create the right characteristics for each personas as well as how to onboard.
